Through the sport of running, our program helps students feel empowered at school, which leads to better behavior, smarter choices, and a more enjoyable school day. It's a win-win for students, teachers and parents. Our progam can be used as an incentive or as an intervention to support students.

Through the sport of running, our after school clubs help students feel empowered, have fun, and get exercise. Running clubs are held right after school for 1 hour. We meet 1 day a week for 5-10 week sessions. We handle sign ups, consents, payment, and parent communication.
